Unitized Manufacturing (1997) Ltd. For residential, commercial and industrial projects, we offer two types of engineered floor systems. Both floor systems offer advantages to the architect, builder and owner that are unavailable with conventional 2" X 8" or 2" X 10" joist construction.
We use sophisticated computer software to calculate load capacities and will custom design an engineered floor system to meet your needs.
All floor systems manufactured and/or supplied by Unitized Manufacturing (1997) Ltd. are designed to meet or exceed Canadian Building code requirements and may be designed to meet or exceed the building code requirements of any jurisdiction.
